Everyone knows how important breakfast is, but a lot of people don’t know the importance of eating small meals through out the day. Eating “mini” meals through out the day not only helps one get though the day without gnawing their arm off, but also helps balance blood sugar and helps boost energy. Eating every 2 to 3 hours also helps burn more calories because each time one eats, the body has to work to break down the food and use it as fuel. That is, if they are consuming the right foods.
