Eight Excuses That Keep Us From Losing Weight

Sometimes our motivation and desire for weight loss can come from a rude comment, an unflattering picture, or a future event we plan on attending. The problem is we let ourselves get sidetracked from our weight loss goals. Sometimes we never even attempt the first step towards weight loss because we feel it is too monumental to achieve, but the truth is, WEIGHT LOSS IS ATTAINABLE. A weight loss regimen is easy to begin. Most patients quit because of constant hunger and cravings. Dramatic Weight Loss Center knows how to eliminate hunger and cravings.

Today’s blog explores eight excuses that keep people from achieving their weight loss goals.

Excuse # 8: Individuals do not see results fast enough.

One reason why people quit a weight loss program is because they don’t see the results fast enough. At Dramatic Weight Loss Center it is not unusual to see patients lose up to seven or more pounds in the first week. Rapid results motivate patients to continue the program.

Excuse # 7: Many patients think it is too expensive.

The Dramatic Weight Loss program is affordable and includes all of your food and supplements for the week. In reality, it is no more expensive than what the average person spends on groceries each week. Many people find that they even save money while on the program. We encourage patients to calculate what they spend per week normally and then compare what it will cost to be on our program and then decide if they can afford it.

If we can somehow get patients to try our program for one week they find out that it saves them time and money.
