Exercise vs. Dieting

We have all heard that we must eat right and exercise to lose weight. Exercise is great for cardiovascular health and maintaining weight loss, but has little to do with losing weight.

Eliminating foods containing carbohydrates and sugars from the diet allows the body to go into a fat burning state known as ketosis. When the body goes into ketosis stored body fat is broken down and burned off at rapid rate while decreasing hunger and cravings at the same time.

At Dramatic Weight Loss Center, Dr. Mansfield has devised a weight loss program that results in fat burning. Patients at Dramatic Weight Loss Center can lose up to7 pounds per week without doing any exercise.

Exercising is not required for weight loss on his program. Dr. Mansfield’s patients are losing weight dramatically by avoiding carbohydrates. When carbohydrates are eliminated for 2 to 3 days the body goes into ketosis because it is forced to burn fat for energy.
