Broiled Tilapia with Seared Vegetable Medley

Broiled Tilapia with Seared Vegetable Medley

Oven/ Stovetop; Tools- Skillet; Time-12 Min

INGREDIENTS:

· 5 ounces Tilapia Fillet

· 2 tsp DWL Seasoning

· 3 Ounce water

· 2 Spray PAM seasoning

· ½ ounce each Diced Zucchini, Diced Squash, Cauliflower floret, Red Pepper, Button Mushroom, and Spinach

Preheat oven to hot using the broiler mode. Spray Tilapia with 1 Spray PAM and season with 1 tsp DWL seasoning. Place in a cold skillet and pour 2 ounces of water around.

Place skillet on top shelf of the broiler for 3 minutes. Turn off the broiler and leave fish in the oven for 3 more minutes. It should be flaky, tender and cooked.

Place additional skillet on high flame until hot.

Spray vegetables with remaining PAM and season with remaining DWL seasoning.

Place vegetables in skillet, shaking pan often. Cook for 1 minute and add the remaining 1 ounce water.

Evaporate water and plate with vegetables in center of the plate with fish on top. Serve hot.
