The state of ketosis or “fat burning” can only be verified by using Ketostix. Checking ketosis daily with the Ketostix is required in order to incorporate vegetables safely into the Mansfield Plan®. Ketostix will immediately indicate if something has affected the diet by showing a negative reading. The Ketostix are the only way to ensure that the diet is being properly executed.
